· Access to grounds and use of the approx. 6,000 square foot climate controlled, event / reception hall. That includes a large dance floor.· Tables and Chairs on the inside of venue. ( These are not for use outside)

· Availability of full service bar (price does not include cost of drinks) included in cost is a bartender up to 100 guests, over requires an additional bartender fee of 100.00. Venue comes with its own liquor liability insurance so there is no additional cost to you. You can always add a liability rider if this would make you more comfortable.
· Use of the premises for 2 hours for a rehearsal. (unless different arrangements have been made with our on premise event coordinator) Capability of having a rehearsal dinner at the venue.
· Multiple wedding sites (Note: Ceremony off site ie church does not affect price). The large arbor, Chestnut tree, fence line, etc.
· Use of Bridal Suite (approx. 540 sq. ft) and Grooms' Suite (approx. 225 sq. ft)
· Use of 4,000 sq. ft patio, fire pit and picnic tables.
· Clean up after the event
· Delivering of wedding supplies permitted on day before wedding, provided no other event is scheduled for that day.
· On site parking for guests.
· Security/Parking provided up to 125 guests. A security guard will be an additional charge if over 125 guest count.
· Use of the venue for photography with your photographer on a scheduled date preceding event date. Table for unity ceremony
· Transport to ceremony site for handicapped guests is available.
· Handicap accessible bathrooms.
· Although we love our kiddos, please be aware that we are not a child proof facility. With that thought in mind it is a good idea to have children in wedding party to arrive with other family and friends for photos.
· Chairs for outside ceremony are available to rent at 2.75 each. (fruitwood colored, wooden foldable chairs
· 500.00 Non- refundable deposit is due at time of booking to save your date. ( This deposit goes towards your balance)
· The wooden tables, barrels, etc are there for your use. If you want any of these removed it would be an additional removal and storage fee.

· Day of Wedding Coordinator/Planner To include planning meetings, consultations, direction of rehearsal and wedding, site management and complete setup. With assistants. We can make your event as stress free as possible. Rental decor and design services as well.
